James here with my weekend wrap up. It was a hectic but productive weekend for the Felts Partners! We ramped it up on the Listing Side of the table with several awesome new listings and one particular listing at 1313 Duncanwood Ct. As soon as this hit the market the calls started flooding in. It was crazy how much interest there was on a $1.2M+ home! We even had several buyers who sent their offers follow up with a call asking for us to cancel the Open House and accept their offer. With a multiple offer situation, we always have our client’s best interest at heart, so we stuck to our guns, held the Open House, and it went great! We had an amazing turnout too!!! 12 groups came and by the end of the weekend, we had 5 offers and a bound contract which our sellers were very pleased with.
